Rootstown MOPS

Who We Are

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers, and is a program designed for all moms with children from birth through kindergarten.  MOPS exists to encourage, equip, and develop every mother of preschoolers to realize her potential as a woman, mother, and leader in the name of Jesus Christ.

For more information about MOPS International, please visit their home page.

MOPS is about...

  • celebrating motherhood
  • meeting needs
  • making connections
  • experiencing God's love... through relationships and resources.

Our Meetings

During MOPS meetings, moms get a chance to be with other moms--chatting, sharing, encouraging, and learning.  We follow a curriculum, and also host speakers on various topics that are of interest to moms, such as discipline, nutrition, budgeting, etc.

Children of MOPS members are cared for in our great MOPPETS program.  This allows moms to relax and enjoy the meeting while their children are enjoying time together in the nursery.
